This application, internally referred to as Q5, will be architected and built using the latest technologies (stack to be determined and driven by this hire) and will include many additional key functionalities and integrated features that will make it the market leader in the North American market with the intent of expanding globally. This application will serve as an IWMS platform (Integrated Workplace Management System) to incorporate both organic features and integrated 3rd party point solutions. Scope includes the development of a corresponding integrated mobile app.\n\nWhereas primary functional requirements have been documented, this position would assume full responsibility and oversight of its requirements, documentation, architecture, development and deployment.
