The successful candidate will join a small development team to develop front and back end code for new features and maintenance of the ORCID Registry and APIs, and related projects. This position is full-time (40 hour/week) starting from January, 2020 and reports to the Tech Lead.  As for all ORCID staff, this is a remote position. \n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nWorking with other software developers and QA specialists, the Senior Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for implementing new features from specifications provided by the Product Team, bug fixes, and maintenance upgrades. \nFineTune is seeking a full stack developer with strong hands on experience on reactjs, axios, react-apollo, graphql, python, flask/django, pytest, docker, database performance and microservices. S/he must have experience working with at least 3 production released software projects/products that they have deployed on AWS or Google Cloud and working for at least 10 years releasing production quality software. S/he should be hands on tech and comfortable solving complex system problems while making sure software team understands clearly what they are building, while refactoring/architecting new and existing services to scale to support 5 million users. \n\nYou should have hands on experience in optimizing front end code performance, analyzing API caching errors, comfortable digging into docker containers and be diving into large code bases to refactor components and migrate database models.\n\n\nS/he should also be comfortable interacting with customer and provide guidance on the technical feasibility and scope of engineering/rearchitecting needed to solve problems and deliver features. Its detailed and thorough access controls, which are unrivalled in the CRE industry, also make the application an excellent internal tool as well as an external client/vendor management platform.\n\nQuarem® allows corporate users, landlords, and brokers to maintain complete control of their Properties, whether they are leased, owned or subleased. Clients have a central platform to manage tasks, team members and other service providers associated with any location, worldwide. Quarem® automatically notifies specified parties of critical dates, houses extensive lease abstract & property data, maintains market surveys and has full reporting capabilities. In addition, Quarem® also provides the flexibility of integration with other financial, asset management and accounting applications.\n\nDescription\n\nThe Vice President’s role is to execute the company’s business mission through the development and deployment of Quarem’s commercial real estate management applications. This requires envisioning the company’s service offerings as a web-based business, architecting and leading implementation of web applications, and planning for risk and growth.\n\nThe position requires a senior Java/full-stack/BPM/web developer who is capable of architecting and leading a team to develop and deploy sophisticated Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions for the commercial real estate industry. Candidate will be responsible for working with US-based and global clients/partners in understanding business requirements, gathering technical requirements, designing the Business Flow and the application architecture on which the flow will run. The VP will implement the solution and coordinate and execute QA and UAT testing with multiple upstream and downstream component application teams.
