\nHiringThing is looking for an experienced javascript developer to focus on growing our cloud-based hiring platform.\n\nYou'll be responsible for building new front-end features with React/Redux, both independently and within a cross functional team. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and fixing bugs in existing features, some written in older front-end technologies (a mix of jQuery and Backbone).\n\nWho HiringThing Is:\n\nWe are cloud-based software company that helps companies post jobs online, manage applicants, and hire great employees. As a member of this team, you will also collaborate regularly with other members of the overall 12-person engineering department that includes back-end and API teams and with various key stakeholders across the entire org.\n\nWe’re a fully remote company with a virtual office. We're a technology-first team dedicated to building the greatest recruiting software available. We keep in touch with Slack and regular video conferences. We meet as a team daily and are required to connect with other teams during standard business hours. You have at least one year of practical experience with React and Redux. You have a strong sense of the customer facing tools like HTML/CSS/SCSS. It is a nice bonus if you have experience configuring webpack and a familiarity with back-end technologies, specifically Ruby on Rails. \n\nYou are the person for this position if you have an Independent work ethic and remote work experience. You have strong communication skills and write code that is easy for other programmers and your future self to understand and use.
