You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.\n\n\nLocation: This role is open to full-time remote work or an option to be based out of São Paulo, Brazil, as a hybrid position where there is an opportunity to come into our office in the Jardim Paulista area. #LI-HYBRID \n\n\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n* Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.\n* Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.\n* Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.\n* Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.\n* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.\n* Implement security and data protection measures.\n* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\n* Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.\n* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.\n* Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the development team.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n* 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js.\n* Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.\n* Experience with RESTful API design and development.\n* Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular).\n* Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.\n* Experience with version control systems, such as Git.\n* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.\n* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.\n* Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus\n* Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
