About the Company
Smash Mobile Rage Room launched in 2019 and has taken the country by storm with an outside of the box idea. Rather than waiting for people to participate in a rage room, Smash has brought the rage room to the people, on site at events. Smash offers a complete turn key kit where customers can rent the equipment and supplies, and offer a micro rage room experience at their location. We're searching for a General Manager who isn't looking for a job, but who is looking for an opportunity. An opportunity to take Smash to the next level and expand its influence in the world. Responsibilities
Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Oversee all Smash Mobile Rage Room operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results
Make high-quality investing/marketing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companyโs legality and business ethics
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Typical Day
95% of this opportunity will be done remotely. Leads funnel through from our website to our CRM. We know from data that leads that are followed up within 5 minutes have a much higher chance of booking, so contacting new leads right away and being responsive through the entire sales process is always a high priority. Ensuring the client has everything they need and their event is a success from beginning to end is a big part of the day to day operations. Other operations you would oversee include inventory management, leading a fulfillment manager, ensuring we always have a full pipeline by leading marketing strategies such as trade shows and email campaigns.
