We are being strategic in how we grow in order to ensure we remain organized and productive. CMG is adding to our Chicago engineering team and are searching for a front-end engineer. While this is a front-end position, you'll have the opportunity to work across our modern stack, from infrastructure to UI. The person who joins our team will be encouraged and empowered to influence our architectural roadmap.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n· Software Engineering: 4+ Years\n· JavaScript frameworks (i.e. React [Preferred], Vue, Angular): 2+ years\n· JavaScript State Management (i.e. redux, mobx)\n· Modern CSS (i.e. flexbox, css-in-js, styled-components, preprocessors)\n· Unit and Component Testing (i.e. jest, mocha, jasmine, enzyme)\n· JavaScript Build tools (i.e. webpack, Grunt, gulp, create-react-app)\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n· GraphQL (apollo)\n· Node.js\n· Mobile App Development (i.e. react-native, ionic, iOS, Android)\n· Ruby on Rails or C# .NET (our microservice stack)\n· End to end testing (i.e. testcafe, cypress, puppeteer, selenium)\n· Data Visualizations (i.e. d3, HighCharts, or other charting libraries)\n· CI, CD, Git, Docker, and modern DevOps\n· Financial Services related technologies (i.e. FIX protocol, order management systems)\n\nWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
