Remote Revenue Operations Specialist

\nWeโ€™re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to help optimize technology, automate processes, and enhance reportingโ€”empowering our Customer Experience (CX) team to be more efficient and effective. As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to build scalable processes from the ground up, drive meaningful change, and directly impact revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and operations.\n\n\nIf youโ€™re a curious, proactive problem-solver who loves using data to drive decisions, eliminate inefficiencies, and collaborate cross-functionally, this is the perfect role for you. Youโ€™ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance to streamline operations, ensure accurate reporting, and create seamless workflows.\n\n\nIn this role you will be responsible for:\nCustomer Support\n- Support CX team with onboarding, internal QBRs, and call reviews to improve retention and engagement.\n- Support key operating cadences (e.g., OKRs) to align CX strategy and execution with broader business goals.\n- Own contract processes and contract data entry for both Sales and CX. \n- Track renewals and support CX to ensure customer retention.\nAccounts Receivable Management\n- Collaborate with CX and Accounting to ensure on-time payments and accurate revenue tracking. \nProcess Improvement\n- Identify and implement high-impact workflow improvements that automate tasks. \n- Track and analyze key performance metrics for the CX team.\nData Integration + Analysis\n- Own the quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer data in HubSpot to enable segmentation and targeted outreach. \n- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. \n- Provide regular performance reports. \n- Ensure contract and financial data is synced across reporting platforms for consistency and accuracy. \nCross-functional Collaboration \n- Work closely with Sales and CX to ensure alignment on processes, metrics, and goals. \n- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and resolve operational challenges.\n\n\nAbout you:\n- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role at a high-growth company or startup. \n- Powerful analytical skills and you love creating structure, automation, and efficiency. Strong excel/google sheet experience required. \n- Experience managing and optimizing HubSpot (CRM) is required.
