As NeuraFlash's Delivery Director, you will:\n\n\nPerform as one of NeuraFlashโs leading Enterprise Program Management, Engagement Management, and Solution Delivery experts\n\nLead enterprise-level engagements (large brands, $1M+, etc.) with a hands-on approach, providing direction, guidance, and approaches to engagement management, project management, and architects\n\nImplement and oversee the quality of our deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance across customer engagements\n\nDrive innovation in the areas of solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets\n\nWork in close partnership with our Engagement Management team to improve our ability to deliver complex solutions to our largest customers \n\nProvide executive-level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales support \n\nWork hand-in-hand with our CEO, Sales team, and our Practice Leaders on consulting and pre-sales activities \n\nConduct situational assessments of our customerโs business goals \n\nAdvise our customers of solution tradeoffs to assist in the cost / benefit analysis, taking into account business process, architecture, and IT operating models \n\nEvaluate and advise on the transformation operating model by leveraging Salesforce standard tools and techniques for developing recommendations for our customers \n\nDevelop and present key findings, POV, recommendations, progress updates, and run executive reviews \n\nContribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership level, be an advocate of our brand, and help NeuraFlash grow and scale\n\nAcquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications \n\nTravel up to 50% for customer projects and company events \n\nBe a NeuraFlash evangelist in the Salesforce Community, and help us cultivate a company culture of success (company and personal) and fun\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n10+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership relative to iterative software development as a Program Lead, Engagement Lead, and similar roles leading complex projects\n\n5+ years of experience leading capabilities and/or groups of (up to) 50+ individuals\n\n5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Salesforce platform\n\nDemonstrated ability to speak to the delivery approach(es) and considerations for different sizes and scales of projects and clients across Salesforce clouds\n\nExperience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles\n\nExpert in agile software delivery methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean\n\nExpert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC\n\nExperience in management of established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies\n\nExperience with building out project and program teams, and organizing programs for success\n\nExperienced management with a strong history of mentoring others\n\nDemonstrated track record of writing SOWs, reviewing proposals with clients, and negotiating contracts; along with expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, margins, utilization, etc.)\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
