We integrate, partner, and work with complimentary tech businesses and job boards to make the recruitment process as simple as possible.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO \n\n\n* Be a part of the Veritone Hire product team, reporting to the product's SVP. \n\n* Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's product division.\n\n* Leads a team of product managers and collaborates closely with the UX, Analytics, and Engineering teams  to deliver on the product vision and roadmap\n\n* Leads the transformation of Product ideas from preliminary stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and Projects while maintaining serious consideration of the financial implications, marketing needs, and overall objectives of the business\n\n* Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on product-related projects and systems.\n\n* Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline the Product organization’s processes and use of resources and materials.\n\n* Ensures all prioritization is in line with the Product Vision and Company Objectives\n\n* Look for improvements in the workflow across the entire Product Lifecycle\n\n* Defines, measures, and evaluates key metrics related to product performance and provides summaries to executive leadership\n\n\n\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED \n\n\n* 6+ years proven experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS business; 8+ years in a software environment\n\n* At least 3 years of managerial experience in leading a Product team in a tech company and liaising with executive leadership\n\n* Proven experience applying user research and data analysis and translating these into actionable product strategies.\n\n* Demonstrable experience effectively collaborating with Engineering to deliver product using agile/scrum methodologies\n\n* A talent for engaging with engineering, you must be able to speak the language of developers.\n\n* A passion for user experience, with solid instincts around UI and design.  \n\n* Strong organizational and project management skills.\n\n* Remarkable communication skills.
