Remote position for an exciting Social networking startup that is poised to decentralize the future of work . We are looking for talented React Native software developers to join our team. Our goal is to rapidly develop secure, scalable mobile technologies to support the changing landscape of what it means to work. Due to growth, we are looking to add a team lead in React Native that possesses strong experience with React Native, TypeScript, Angular, Node, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and AWS. Blockchain experience and/or enthusiasm is great for this role.
Responsibilities
Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research.
work with and manage mid-level mobile engineers
Work with multiple engineering stakeholders to define, shape and implement requirements in a secure performant, scalable manner
Test own code before review
Partner closely with product team to ensure optimal execution.
Effective and meaningful technical and human contributions
Qualifications
3+ years React Native experience
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling (e.g., React Native, TS, Redux, Apple App Store, Google Developer Console, Kotlin, Fastlane)
Superior communication skills
Demonstrated current app store releases
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Ability to solve problems at scale
Interest in blockchain and/or Crypto
Desire to work in a fast paced startup
Demonstrated technical leadership within a large engineering organization
Proven ability to design and advocate for a technical roadmap
Experience with end-to-end feature development including backend/API engineering

We’re looking for a proactive, self-directed, and experienced technical team lead to help us commercialize our in-house online programmable survey application. If you have experience as a team lead/ lead developer on a Rails project, you are native or fluent English speaking, and you’re looking for a leadership position with autonomy and flexibility then this is the right position for you.\n\nThe product has been developed in-house and utilized by our research team for the past 2 years, with plans to enhance and improve it in order to make it a commercial application.
