This role directs and oversees the implementation of policies and procedures for the User Interface and User Experience Team. Must demonstrate the ability to work closely with Project Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Success and Engineering Teams to develop and execute overall platform UI/UX strategies. Must have the ability to clearly define and implement steps required to improve the development process. We are looking for a smart, creative front web developer with a strong design sense to complement the existing team. \n\nThis role will complement the rest of the founding team who has already built the back-end infrastructure and first beta version of the website. As we prepare to come out of beta and traffic is climbing, we now need an updated UI to match.\n\nThe current beta site has been developed in Ruby-on-Rails. We are migrating the core code to Elixir / Phoenix.
