Assisting the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of Web3 industry trends, blockchain technology, a passion for driving innovation and drive to learn new skillsets. \n\n\n\nYour Responsibilities\n* Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams of community managers and other marketing subject matter experts to drive the adoption of Arbitrum tech stack and Stylus as well as engagement on key initiatives.\n* Conduct analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.\n* Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.).\n* Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.\n* Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\n* Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.\n* Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools.\n* Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform the entire organization and help stay ahead of the curve.\n* Ensure timeline reporting of campaign results and learnings to the leadership and cross-functional teams.\n* Work closely with product, dev rel and business development teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.\n* Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.\n* Track the performance of various community engagement programs such as the Ambassador Program, and KOL marketing and readjust the resource allocation based on their performance. \n\n\n\nWhat You'll Need\n* 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, preferably in a technology or blockchain-related industry.\n* Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.\n* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.\n* Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools.\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Strong project management and organizational skills.\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n* Passion for the future of blockchain technology and the Arbitrum ecosystem.\n\n\n\nNice to Have\n* Experience working with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) or blockchain projects.\n* Experience with content marketing and SEO.\n* Familiarity with marketing automation and measurement tools.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArbitrum Foundation Perks\n\n\nThe Arbitrum Foundation's benefits program is designed to prioritize the health and well-being of you and your family.
