Weโre looking for a proactive, self-directed, and experienced technical team lead to help us commercialize our in-house online programmable survey application. If you have experience as a team lead/ lead developer on a Rails project, you are native or fluent English speaking, and youโre looking for a leadership position with autonomy and flexibility then this is the right position for you.\n\nThe product has been developed in-house and utilized by our research team for the past 2 years, with plans to enhance and improve it in order to make it a commercial application. Itโs built with Ruby on Rails, React.js, PostgreSQL and Heroku.
