This will be a hands on role where you will be required to code. You will also be responsible for growing and shaping our engineering team, including frontend, backend, security and infrastructure.\n\n**Responsibilities**\n* System design and architecture of our Marketplace\n* Responsible for integration with our third party Web3 platforms (Nervos blockchain, minting platform, etc.)\n* Technical tasks, assignments and code reviews\n* Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure\n* Full stack development as needed\n* Removing any blocker in tech development related activities\n* Hiring and growing our engineering team\n\n**Skills**\n* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (*required*)\n* 6+ years of tech development experience (*required*)\n* Previous startup experience and strong track record (*required*)\n* 2+ years of blockchain industry experience (*preferred*). It's a Proof-of-Work protocol like Bitcoin, except instead of using the coins as money, you use Handshake coins to register domain extensions (ie .com, .net, .org) on the Handshake blockchain. Unlike traditional domain names that can only be rented, you truly own your Handshake extensions forever — no one can take the extensions from you or prevent others from accessing them. And rather than being limited to a small number of extensions like .com and .org (blacklisted on Handshake for compatibility with traditional DNS), you can register almost any name you can think of.
