Knowing when and when not to make a compromise is a valuable skill. Likewise your ability to articulate yourself clearly and break down complex problems will help the whole team learn and iterate.\nThe work will be split between backend and frontend with a heavier emphasis on frontend. You'll have had > 3 years experience in Node JS, or a great portfolio/Github profile that shows off your work and ability to solve problems.
