Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to challenge the status quo and explore new approaches to problem-solving.\n\n* Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and contribute to better outcomes.\n\n\n\nWho You Are\n\n\n* 10+ years of experience of hands-on software development, familiarity with relevant technologies on iOS and Android, mobile development framework Flutter cloud platforms (i.e. Azure, GCP, etc), version control systems (i.e. Git, etc.), testing frameworks, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.\n\n* Architect, develop, and maintain the Degreed mobile application on the Flutter platform.
