Effectively communicate business requirements to the engineering team and lead them in designing efficient solutions, providing clarity in situations where there is ambiguity.\n\n* Drive the execution of projects, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality results using software development best practices. Offer technical guidance and facilitate discussions among team members. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards and provide constructive feedback to the team.\n\n* Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and mentoring process for backend, database, and frontend engineers. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.\n\n* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\n* Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to challenge the status quo and explore new approaches to problem-solving.\n\n* Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and contribute to better outcomes.\n\n\n\nWho You Are\n\n\n* 10+ years of experience of hands-on software development, familiarity with relevant technologies on iOS and Android, mobile development framework Flutter cloud platforms (i.e. Azure, GCP, etc), version control systems (i.e. Git, etc.), testing frameworks, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.\n\n* Architect, develop, and maintain the Degreed mobile application on the Flutter platform.
