You will play an integral role in our technology team by building, deploying, and operating new products and services. You will work closely with other Engineers, UX designers, and Product Managers in an Agile development environment to build great product features.\n\nYou must be excited by the opportunity to build products and services that impact and change the way people experience and enjoy playing sports. You must be a disciplined self-starter capable of delivering quality work in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nYou will be able to:\n\n\n* Partner and collaborate with engineering, product, design, and other business stakeholders to design and implement impactful product features to make the lives of our users easier.\n\n* Develop features and improvements to the company product in a secure, well-tested, scalable, and performant way.\n\n* Confidently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects.\n\n* Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.\n\n* Work across the full tech stack, including our new stack (React, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, GoLang, Kotlin, Postgres) and old (Java, JSPs, Struts 2, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MySQL) hosted in GCP.\n\n* Craft code and participate in code reviews that meet our internal standards for style, maintainability, quality, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.\n\n* Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team ("technical debt"), propose and implement solutions.\n\n* Develop test cases and support testing efforts for manual and automated testing.\n\n* Participate in troubleshooting and escalated technical support for production issues.\n\n\n\n\nWhat will help you succeed in this role:\n\n\n* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n* 5+ Years of experience working with Golang and/or Java (Ideally some experience with both).\n\n* 5+ Years of experience working with React and/or Typescript (Ideally some experience with both).\n\n* 3+ Years of experience working with API's.\n\n* 1+ Years of experience working with SQL.\n\n* 1+ Years of experience working with Kotlin.\n\n* 1+ Years of experience working with Microservices.\n\n* 1+ Years of experience working with GPC.\n\n* Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
