You work well under pressure, and you are accountable to results.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n- Oversee development of Vinovestโs central web application\n- Work with Figma designs to vet, iterate, and implement new features\n- Work with backend + data teams to ensure feature efficacy and reporting\n- Brainstorm features with product + design teams and guide decisions based on your knowledge of the codebase\n- Assist team in triaging bugs and solving issues in production\n- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency\n- Self starter, can do attitude, team player and overall sense of ownership\n\nWhat you should have:\n\n- 7+ years of software development experience\n- Strong proficiency with Javascript, specifically on the client\n- Experience with view-layer frameworks, specifically React.js + MobX\n- Experience with SAML providers such as Okta / Auth0\n- Strong principles around unit/integration testing, dependency management\n- Experience integrating client-side events with marketing automation tooling, such as Braze, Customer.IO, Twilio, Sendgrid\n- Exposure to AWS\n- Outstanding follow-through.
