Check our latest update! \n\n \nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Lead the effort to create a powerful developer experience around Nimbus, both as a library and as an RPC backend.\n\n* Respond to community needs & requests, transforming them into concrete specifications and products or features.\n\n* Be the face of our developer community, represent Nimbus at conferences and online events. \n\n* Create powerful documentation and SDKs. \n\n* Support evangelizing Nimbus as the Ethereum consensus client for mobile devices and embedded systems within the Open Source community. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nYou will ideally have: \n\n[Donโt worry if you donโt meet all of these criteria, weโd still love to hear from you anyway if you think youโd be a great fit for this role!]\n\n\n* Interest in open data, blockchain and decentralization. \n\n* 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.\n\n* Experience with Rust or C/C++, and curiosity about dynamic languages.\n\n* Background in (embedded) systems programming, p2p technologies. \n\n* Familiarity with modern cryptography.\n\n* Experience with APIs, SDKs and crafting documentation. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nBonus points:\n\n\n* Experience working for an open-source organization. \n\n* Ideally, youโll have some Nim/Rust/C++ related GitHub projects to make it easier for us to evaluate your skills.\n\n* Basic knowledge of the lexing, parsing and semantic checking passes applicable to a compiler.\n\n* Experience with Nim.\n\n\n\n \nHiring process:\n\n* Interview with our People Ops team.\n\n* Technical Interview with team members from the Nimbus team.\n\n* Technical Interview with the Nimbus Lead.\n\n\n\n[The steps may change along the way if we see it makes sense to adapt the interview stages, so please consider the above as a guideline. Weโre looking for you to join our team as soon as possible]. \n\n \n\nCompensation:\n\nWe are happy to pay in either 100% fiat or any mix of fiat and/or crypto. \n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
