The Customer Engagement Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and support for our Veterinary clinic and Hospital customers using an Omni-channel approach. This individual is a partner with their Veterinary Relationship Manager (VRM) to ensure our customer is taken care of. This individual will own the order management, intake and resolution of customer issues by collaborating closely with various internal departments. They will provide valuable product and order status information. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a passion for optimizing the customer journey, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Own daily management of customer orders and will upsell/cross sell when and where appropriate to ensure the customer is serviced at an elevated level. Manage backorders to drive timely and high fulfillment levels on consistent basis. Proactively engage with customers to manage order processing, address inquiries, and offer product and solution information. Strengthen customer relationships through timely and expert responses to requests, contributing to customer retention and overall growth of Covetrus business. Own customer disputes and issues, proactively manage issue to resolution within established service level agreements (SLA). Manage communication flow between customers and Covetrus, facilitating information exchange between internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Service Operations, Pricing, Fulfillment, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Tax Departments) to deliver an elevated customer experience. Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and resolve challenges. Support the standardization of policies and procedures, providing suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives. Build product knowledge by attending vendor training and support team mates to strengthen customer support and drive sales. Participate in internal trainings and webinars to learn and share knowledge of company products and technical solutions to serve the veterinary industry landscape. Update customer profiles regularly using Covetrus Salesforce CRM and ERP systems. Document customer interactions using case management process in Salesforce CRM. Provide day-to-day operational support to exceed customer expectations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities at this time QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree or coursework in Marketing, Animal Science, Business, or Administration or similar field preferred. One to two years customer service experience or related roles. Veterinary clinic experience strongly preferred. Practice Management experience highly desired. COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES) Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products required. Order entry/maintenance experience with AS/400 (iSeries) preferred. Salesforce CRM experience desired Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and sales partners. Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively communicate cross functionally to ensure the success of the client relationship. About The Opportunity


The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). Applied Pharmacometrics Training Fellowship โ€“Africa Region


The Applied Pharmacometrics Training Fellowship โ€“ Africa Region is a collaboration between Certara, Pharmacometrics Africa, CP+ Associates, together with several pharma industry and academic partners, to provide an intensive fellowship program for talented and motivated doctoral level scientists from Africa.


The program has 2 components:


  • Virtual Program โ€“ A 3-month virtual program (Q1 2023) that will provide fellows with exposure to leading edge pharmacometric model based analysis. The time commitment will be significant (e.g. a minimum of 20 hours per week over the duration of the Virtual Program.
  • Immersion Program โ€“ Upon completion of the Virtual Program, fellows will have the option to extend the program for another 3 months to an project-based program led by Certara and partners from pharma and academia. The program is designed to foster professional development through immersive training on all competencies required for regulatory quality pharmacometrics analyses and reports. Guided by industry mentors, the fellows will receive class-room training, are assigned individual jointly-agreed upon, precompetitive projects and participate in a leadership development program designed to enhance their decision-making and communication skills.


The Applied Pharmacometrics Training Fellowship โ€“ Africa Region aims to build scientific and leadership capability in Africa by enhancing the skills of local scientists and by facilitating knowledge transfer to their wider scientific communities. The relationships forged between the hosts of this program and the fellows' home institutions will further the endeavour to create next-generation medicines to ease suffering and improve quality of life for patient populations around the world. Successful participants in this program will be considered as candidates to join the consulting team for Certara located on-site in Africa.

Included in the internship

  • For the participants who are selected into the Immersion Program the program sponsors will provide :
    • Travel, accommodation & visas: (1) round-trip economy class airfare, (2) student-style accommodation for the duration of the on-site program, and (3) support for educational visa applications.
    • Stipend and health insurance: health insurance and a monthly stipend to cover incidentals and basic living expenses.
  • Timelines & Location: The 3-month Virtual Program is planned to start in mid-January 2023. The start of the 3-month Immersion Program is planned for 2Q2023.

Qualifications


Eligibility to this program is based on the following criteria:


  • You have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. pharmaceutical, medical or biological sciences, applied mathematics or statistics)
  • You have recently completed your PhD or equivalent studies (i.e. early to mid-career)
  • You should already have done at least 1 clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics data analysis project using descriptive or a model-based methods
  • You have evidence of completing relevant courses on model-based analysis methods e.g. Pharmacometrics Africa courses or equivalent
  • You are a proficient English speaker and based in an African country
  • You have demonstrated strong team player skills

Job Description

The Study Director reports to the VP of Lithium Development Projects and is responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and task assigning and self-performance of project activities assuring that the overall project study requirements are met in accordance with the Albemarle project study framework.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Formulate a project study deliverables plan
  • Assign required internal and external resources to the study plan
  • Management of project resources through the study cycle, coordination and administration, utilizing the Albemarle standards specific to the phase of the project
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track progress to plan and provide accurate progress updates to Albemarle Management, in specific earnt value of work completed and forecasted, forecasted future financial outflows for financial year planning
  • Compile regular (monthly, quarterly, yearly) progress reports and portfolio updates as may be required by the Albemarle project management office and finance department
  • Set in place the formulation of the key building blocks of a project study in accordance with the specific study phase criteria contained in the Albemarle APP to support an investment case.
The key items specifically of focus for the study manager to assemble, coordinate or create include:
  • The Opportunity/Problem Statement
  • The alternatives considered to produce an investment case
  • The technical solutions or technologies available in support of the proposed alternatives
  • Business risk assessment of the alternatives and project scope
  • Defining the ultimate project scope
  • Project Approval approach
  • Project execution strategy and plan
  • Project time and cost estimates
  • Project risk assessments for each phase, and outcomes ranging, and
  • Financial modeling and investment case compilation
  • Coordinate the study outputs and document in the format of a study report and recommendations,
  • Manage the process of internal and external reviews of the project study report, project peer reviews and risk reviews
  • Provide project leadership to deliver sustainable outcomes whilst achieving project delivery on โ€œtimeโ€ on โ€œbudgetโ€ on โ€œscopeโ€
  • Ensure conformance with the Albemarle Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations;

You need to have;

  • 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

  • Ideally, having a current Baseline or NV1 clearance is highly regarded
  • Previous work experience in telecommunications or with larger corporations is greatly regarded.
  • Previous experience with cyber security or network security-related projects is required.

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills are critical

Remote Technical Support Specialist DACH

The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.


Support consists of troubleshooting issues with customers, identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customer through corrective steps.


A key component of this position will consist of providing technical and functional support to customers over the phone, chat or case management. A CSE provides product information and resolves most administrative and product problems which our customers face.


They are responsible for owning the customer experience and improving our ability as a business to support their dynamic needs.


What You'll Do


  • Customer Support: Support customers by providing technical and functional expertise over the phone, chat and case management.
  • Manages customer inquiries within the expected time frame and acts as the escalation point within Tier1 support, only escalating above themselves when required
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Troubleshoots customer issues by utilizing knowledge of application, experience and by self-guided research of issues
  • Capable of resolving complex customer issues with minimal assistance from escalated assistance
  • Provides a high quality customer experience to produce or maintain raving fans
  • Contributes to improving the customer experience - offering ideas and being part of the improvement process to benefit the customer
  • Work with Customer Success, Professional Services, and all tiers of support to solve problems or identify opportunities - act as the POC for support
  • Train and mentor other engineers on the team - create accountability and professionalism within the team
  • Edit or write new documentation or customer facing content to represent the support experience
  • Lives the Workiva Values and Principals and guidelines on how to produce results and improve the business


What You'll Need


  • Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
  • Ability to understand intermediate to advanced math concepts
  • Ability to communicate via email, phone, chat and other customer channels
  • Moderate technical aptitude, with high competency in using Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, OneCloud & Workiva products

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred
  • 1+ years experience in a support/service role for a financial services company or technical support organization
  • Nice to have, not required: Basic or Intermediate experience with database support or network security support
  • High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Varying and overtime hours required during peak seasons
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
  • Minimal travel
  • Must speak Business Level English and German
