In a market dominated by scripted, procedural materials that drive expectations down, Great Minds produces curricula that celebrate knowledge, respect the craft of teaching, and acknowledge the true capabilities of students.\n\n\nRole Overview\nReporting through the Director of Supply Chain Fulfillment, this position works directly with this Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of NYC, the largest school district in the U.S. These activities include working closely with NYC counterparts and the Great Minds internal teams for: program start-up activities; ordering process for Great Mindโs products; returns process; routine and exception reporting. This job will expand from NYC focus to other Operational projects.\n\n\n\nSpecific Responsibilities:\n\nNew York City Department Project Management\n\n* Monitor and manage the order process related to NYC- Department of Education (DOE) including:\n* Monitor the labeling process with fulfillment centers required by NYC-DOE\n* Monitor and report on order tracking and delivery process\n* Work with various departments to manage\n* Inventory and backorders\n* Invoicing and Customer Service\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* Report on status and maintain daily/weekly scorecard\n* Understand the Purchase Order validation process\n* Perform audits to ensure orders are progressing through the workflow\n* Identify and document occurrences that deviate from defined procedures\n* Analyze processes and continually make improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency\n* Support strong working relationships with our vendors and customers\n* Develop strong working relationship with NYC DOE counterparts\n* Monitor and execute key SOPs within areas of responsibility\n* Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLogistics, Order Management and Inventory Support\n\n* Manage and report out on daily exception reports\n* Oversee large order management process including case management, reporting, and troubleshooting\n* Input scorecard data\n* Manage โshort in poolโ inventory report\n* Other similar duties as needed\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Bachelorโs degree and/or a minimum of 4 yearsโ experience in similar roles, ideally with NYC DOE and/or other large school system in a customer service/Operations type of role\n* Solid analytical and problem-solving skillsย \n* Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills\n* High degree of confidence utilizing technology\n* Strong organizational and prioritization skills\n\n\n\nPreferred:\n\n* Experience with NYC Department of Education\n* Experience with Salesforce (CRM)\n* Experience with systems integration\n* Order management system experience\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDetails\n\n\nFull-time\n\nLocation: Remote\n\nExcellent benefits package.\n\n\n\n\nA cover letter and resume are required to be considered for this position.\n\nIf selected for an interview, a salary history and background check will be required.\n\n\n\n\nGreat Minds is an equal opportunity employer.
