Learn more about it here. \n\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\n\nWe are hiring a Senior Director of Client Sales to our Client Sales team in the US! \n\nThis is a critical leadership role on our team as we expand our presence in the US. We are doubling down on our investment in the US market, and this person will play a critical role in Wellhubโs success and expansion โ helping every company become a wellness company. This role will contribute to Wellhubโs strategic growth and have the support to do so. Itโs an exciting time at Wellhub and this role will be at the forefront of our US expansion!\n\nYou will lead, coach and develop a team of 6-8 AEs in the mid-market and enterprise space, covering 500-10k employees to build pipeline, run sales cycles, and exceed goals.\nYOUR IMPACT\n\n\nLead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives\n\nSupport your team through sales cycles\n\nDrive performance through pipeline reviews, driving prospecting, and having forecast conversations with AEs, Sales Operations, and leadership\n\nContribute to โbuilding the machineโ of scaleable and predictable sales activity and quota attainment\n\nHire new Account Executives and help them ramp into their role\n\nLive the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.\n\n\n\nWHO YOU ARE\n\n\n5+ years of experience leading account executives in the SaaS B2B market\n\nExperience exceeding a $1M+ quarterly team quotas\n\nExperience selling to companies in the 500-10,000 FTE range\n\nExperience โbuilding the machineโ in a startup environment\n\nTop performing experience (top 10% of sales org)\n\nExperience selling and leading AEs in the HR benefits, the well-being space, or complex sales \n\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment\n\nTeam player & culture add\n\nSomeone with a winning mindset, resilience, grit, and a willingness to dig in\n\n\n\n\nWe recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors.
