Position Summary\n\nThe Sr. Staff Software Engineer influences the long-term evolution of web technology for the country’s first tech-driven healthcare staffing platform. \nResponsibilities\n\n\nDevelop features and improvements to the Nomad Health platform in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.\n\nWork with Product Management and other stakeholders (Backend, UX, etc.) to iterate on new features within the product and exert significant influence on the overall vision and long-range goals of the team.\n\nCraft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.\n\nConsistently ship small and large features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.
