\nAs an Engineering Manager, Platform at Regard, you will manage, lead, and grow our our Engineering Operations Team. You will play a core role collaborating across engineering and product to continuously improve the organization and processes as we scale. You will lead the team that builds and maintains the critical infrastructure, systems, and processes upon which our entire organization depends. You will work to continually improve our clinical insights platform's performance, security, functionality and availability while ensuring a high level of quality. This role requires strong technical expertise in DevOps, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You will report directly to our VP of Engineering.
