Green Stuff World is a bootstrapped and profitable online hobby shop with over 10 years in the market and a team of ~80 staff. Weโre growing fast, and our current tech stack can no longer keep up. Thatโs why weโve been building a new 100% remote engineering team to modernize our platform.
Our backend is being rebuilt using C# on .NET 9. On the frontend, we use TypeScript with the Svelte framework to create fast, reliable web experiences that scale to high usage.
About You
Weโre looking for an experienced, full-time Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. You should have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and a passion for designing and building user-facing features from the ground up.
Requirements
+ 4 years of experience building modern frontend applications with JavaScript, HTML, and Tailwind CSS + At least 1 year of experience working with Svelte + Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and writing clean, maintainable code + Strong UI design skills and a good eye for detail + Deep understanding of REST APIs and HTTP requests + Experience participating in code reviews and maintaining a scalable frontend architecture

+ย Experience with native mobile app development (Kotlin) - yes we will be building mobile app next
