We are currently seeking a talented senior level Java Software Developer with strong backend development experience in JavaScript and Python in a Rhino environment. You will be responsible for developing software related to media asset management systems, automated metadata management and media delivery capabilities. Railroad19 provides competitive compensation and excellent benefits.\n\nCore Responsibilities:\n\n* Customize workflows for their Global Media Operations (GMO) around content prep and delivery for US domestic & international content delivery.\n\n* Develop software related to media asset management systems, automated metadata management and media delivery capabilities.\n\n* Integrate various software platforms through vendor APIs.\n\n* Work with vendors on API implementation and troubleshooting, suggesting necessary features and identifying enhancement opportunities.\n\n* Engineer integrated software solutions to anticipate and enable business growth, productivity, and reliability.\n\n* Identify automation opportunities within media workflows, and develop appropriate software solutions.\n\n* Coordinate with internal operational & technology and vendor support teams to isolate issues and drive resolution.\n\n* Configure test, QA and production environments with proper packages and dependencies to enable development.\n\n* Work with client user groups to ensure operational needs are being appropriately met.\n\n* Provide 24x7 On-Air systems support and daily operations support; some overnight shift-schedule support will be required during on-air rollout and special broadcast events.\n\n* Other duties as assigned. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Java, Senior, Developer, Digital Nomad, JavaScript, Python, API, Engineer and Backend jobs that are similar:\n\n $65,000 — $120,000/year\n
