Presail is a web3 / crypto startup looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer who can take on a leading role in building the company's RoR development team. We want someone with a track record of building great teams and products.\n\nIf you enjoy writing quality code, solving complex technical challenges, as well as mentoring new developers, this is the perfect challenge for you!\n\n\n## About the job\n\nYou will be working with the CTO, CEO, and a junior developer (we are a highly technical team, and all know Rails!), in developing our community management tool, Presail (https://presail.com/).\n\n\nYou will be given a lot of influence on the direction of the code base, and on the routines and processes of the team. You will also be able to contribute in the hiring process, in collaboration with our CTO. \n\nWe plan on making several Ruby on Rails developer hires over the coming months, who will work as part of your team.\n\n\n## About our product\n\nPresail helps Web3 investors and investment communities manage their funds safely.
