\nOur company provides development services to a fast paced internet technology company providing web, email and CRM tools for real estate agents. We are looking to augment a small team (3 developers currently). We are very established with a loyal client base, and keep ourselves at the cutting edge of technology!\n\nWHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION: \n\n\n* 3+ years of Strong Java web and back-end development experience. Experience with Play Framework and knowledge of php is a plus. Must have solid background in at least one web based MVC framework. \n\n* HTML/CSS - bootstrap\n\n* JavaScript - JQuery, Angular, Handlebars \n\n* Parsing XML/JSON \n\n* Working with third-party APIs - Facebook/Twitter (posts, ads, pages, feed), Zillow, IDX Data Feeds\n\n* Tomcat \n\n* MySQL\n\n* Maven \n\n* Mailgun\n\n* AWS Services: DynamoDB, SQS, Simple Workflow, Route53, EC2 and Cloudfront\n\n* Prior experience NetSuite or python is a big plus for our legacy systems\n\n* Comfortable developing in a Unix environment (Ubuntu or OS X). Basic bash scripting, cron jobs\n\n* Familiarity with Web/application server management/configuration/troubleshooting\n\n\n\n\nExample Applications:\n\n\n* Email marketing campaigns / Subscription management\n\n* Email auto-responders \n\n* Event driven email notifications (e.g. newly listed homes in an area)\n\n* Manual and scheduled posts to Facebook \n\n* Automated ad campaigns to Facebook \n\n* Billing through Netsuite \n\n* Web site listings / lead capture \n\n* Integration with Zillow/Trulia/Realtor.com\n\n\n\n\nThis is a long-term contracting opportunity at 40hrs/week. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
