\nWe're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Rails and React Developer for a remote, full-time, long-term position. The position is with a fast-growing international client of ours in the online job search space. They are headquartered in San Francisco and have ambitious plans to expand beyond North America and Europe into new countries and industries. \n\nTheir site is built with Ruby on Rails, with various sets of custom and out-of-the-box tooling to support the business side of their operations. Their services are deployed to Heroku and AWS. Their development philosophy celebrates test-driven development, continuous integration and deployment, and agile processes such as sprint planning, iterative development, and retrospectives. \n\nAs a Senior Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer, you will work on various projects critical to the client's continued growth and success including; \n- Building product features end to end in Ruby on Rails, Javascript (ES6), and React\n- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business teams to identify and execute the best solutions, focusing on business impact, product polish, and code quality\n- Participate in sprint planning, standups and retrospective meetings\n- Launch new features, big and small\n\nThere are multiple teams and you will report directly to your Engineering Manager.
