\nFexa Full Stack Developer\n\nOverview:\n\nFexa is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team as we continue to expand our already growing customer base. This position will create Ruby on Rails server side code and Javascript code as part of a Facilities Management application. The developer will also interface with client team to improve and change existing application installations. This position is on a small team of developers who work hard, are highly motivated and enjoy the freedom of working from home.\n\nWe are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:\n\n\n* Participate in the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities\n\n* Work independently to design, create RoR APIs and application components\n\n* Work Independently to design, create Web Gui components using Javascript/EXTJS\n\n* Contribute to business discussions about the project and user interfaces\n\n* Document development projects\n\n* Familiar with Git, CI Tools and Deployment Scripts \n\n* Writes tests when working on features\n\n\n\n\nSkills & Requirements:\n\n\n* Experience developing Ruby on Rails APIs and applications using development tools\n\n* Experience developing Javascript applications using frameworks like EXTJS\n\n* Experience with XML/JSON\n\n* Experience with SQL language\n\n* Experience developing and testing software user interfaces\n\n* Design skills for implementing attractive, simple, and effective software products\n\n* Capable communicator and comfortable working with customers, product management, other developers\n\n* Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely with project team\n\n* Blend of business and technical knowledge and experience\n\n* Willing to spend time collecting requirements from clients and customer facing team members. \n\n* High energy and self-motivated\n\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n\n\n* Work From Home\n\n* Health Insurance\n\n* Dental Plan\n\n* Vision Plan\n\n* 401k Retirement Plan\n\n* 2 weeks of PTO\n\n* Awesome colleagues\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
