In this position you will be playing important dual roles covering both upstream product/solutions strategy as well as downstream marketing, GTM and sales enablement tactics. The person in this position will start as a senior individual contributor, with the opportunity to hire one or more summer graduate-level interns and future potential to hire additional product marketers in step with business growth/success.\n\nWhile this is a director-level position, it’s important to note that it will incorporate not just strategy-level upstream product marketing responsibilities but at least equally a high degree of direct, hands-on individual contributor work such as building presentations for sales and investor meetings, market sizing and analysis, messaging and positioning development, case study/collateral creation and a range of go-to-market tactics and management for new solutions and business initiatives.\n\nIn addition to having applicable experience in cell and gene therapy and technical product/solution marketing, the best candidate will be a well rounded thinker AND doer with the following characteristics:\n\nAnalytical.
