This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States and Canada.\nFullStory is looking for an Engineering Manager to help drive the initiatives of our Product Growth team. This team is central to expanding our business and partners globally with our Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales and other teams. Our mission is to increase customer growth by maximizing engagement, retention and love of our product using data science and thoughtful experimentation.\n\n \n\nDay to day, you'll:\n\n\nLead a team of software engineers delivering highly visible features that enhance our ability to add, engage with and delight our customers.\n\nWork closely with Product Management and UX Design to ensure alignment and clarity as the team delivers value to our customers.\n\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team to ensure best practices, sound architecture and consistent delivery.\n\nInvest in the growth of engineers through consistent 1:1’s, coaching, mentorship and accountability.\n\n\n\n\nWe're looking for someone who:\n\n\nHas 5+ years of software development experience\n\nHas experience delivering software using a modern JavaScript web front-end (e.g., React, Angular)\n\nHas experience managing a team and/or being a technical leader/architect\n\nHas experience mentoring engineers that cover front-end (Web UI) and back-end (data, API, Services, architecture)\n\n\n\n\nIt would be amazing if:\n\n\nYou have experience with Growth Engineering by leading a team responsible for product features that drive acquisition, engagement and retention of end users\n\nYou have experience with TypeScript and A/B Testing and/or UI Experimentation\n\nYou are passionate about quality and love working with Product Managers, Designers and beyond to ensure that your products delight customers\n\nYou are passionate and intentional about the success of all your coworkers\n\n\n\nAbout FullStory\n\nFounded in 2014 on the belief that everyone benefits from a more perfect digital experience, FullStory’s digital experience intelligence platform empowers businesses to continuously improve the digital customer experience across sites and apps.
