In this role, you will manage the successful resolution of all employee relations matters for the company. Our Employee Relations Partner is a hands-on contributor, supports people management discussions, and partners with our HR Business Partners transferring best practices from different functions in the company and acts as the facilitator for management teams.\n\nThe Employee Relations Partner is responsible for (Essential Functions):\n\n\nIntakes employee concerns and conduct timely, thorough investigations into a range of employee concerns including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other violations of workplace rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.\n\nIdentifies the root cause of concern by methodically organizing, comparing, and analyzing all aspects of a situation and environment.\n\nUses surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding performance and employee relations matters. After analyzing the information, recommends changes.\n\nResearches and explains laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, and employees.\n\nOversees employee relations matters by ensuring policy interpretation for leadership in demonstrating the ability to handle employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and/or termination guidance.\n\nAssists management with performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues.\n\nAdministers the equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs.\n\nConducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with senior management.\n\nParticipates in quality assurance activities.\n\nPartner with our HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to provide compliance, training and best practices.\n\nMaintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company's standards.\n\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\n\n\nSome basic requirements\n\n\nAll work must be conducted within the U.S., excluding U.S. territories. \n\nSome federal contracts require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment.\n\nYou must be legally authorized to work in the U.S now and in the future without sponsorship.\n\nAs a government contractor, you may be required to obtain a public trust security clearance.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience with employee relations within a fast-growing organization.\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\n\nCompany-subsidized Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n\nVanguard 401K Plan\n\nUse what you need PTO\n\nContinuing Education/Annual Conference Attendance Stipend\n\n\n\n\nAd Hoc LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility. The range of starting pay for this role is $66,600 - $97,000.
