You’ll improve community and social engagement, take a major role in driving the adoption of Ethena's products and have a direct impact in the level of success for all that we do. You will be the primary community voice of Ethena. \n\n\nThis role involves overseeing all aspects of Ethena's social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and public communications. Utilizing your deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, emerging trends, and audience behaviors, while collaborating with multiple teams internally and externally, you’ll maintain a consistent narrative of all that Ethena does, growing our markets and ever deepening relationships with our communities.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.\n* Improve Ethena's visibility on social platforms, both through further developing individual team member and company accounts.\n* Continuously produce aesthetic visuals and engaging informative content highlighting new products, partnerships, user utility and growth metrics.\n* Work with internal and external designers to enhance Ethena's branding for content.\n* Maintain content libraries, calendars and pipelines for various teams.\n* Play a role on the Converge initiative with Securitize, to attract new projects and products to build within the ecosystem and attract users to those protocols and products.
