Remote Product Designer
\nSei is the first Layer 1 specialized for trading, optimizing every layer of the stack to offer the best infrastructure for trading apps of all types - NFT marketplaces, gaming DEXs, and DeFi DEXs.\n\n\nBacked by Multicoin, Delphi, Coinbase, Hudson River, GSR, Flow Traders and angels from LayerZero, Frax, and Anchorage, Sei has 150+ teams from Arbitrum, Avalanche, Polygon, Solana, Aptos, and Sui building ahead of mainnet.\n\n\nWe're a globally distributed team so new team members have the option of full remote work.\n\n\nStart date: immediate\nComp: competitive\n\n\nCheck out our website and docs for more details.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Lead product design from 0 to 1, while collaborating cross functionally across our product, engineering, marketing and developer relations teams. \n* Design product flows to create a seamless customer experience - this entails UI UX design for all customer segments. \n* Alongside product managers, come up with product goals and lead product direction. \n* All the above should be with the focus of ensuring each Sei product is targetted towards scaling mass adoption, especially via ease of use. \n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 5+ years of product experience, with a minimum of 1 year spent in web 3. \n* Keen eye for design and good visuals. \n* Experienced in creating prototypes and presenting product flows to leadership, tech and growth teams. \n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
