Partner with jobsearch and recommendations teams to build POC ML models that scale to production, and iterate through offline and online experiments
Iterate on model architecture and features via A/B testing to improve models used for our jobsearch globally
Mentor and grow other software engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers across teams

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (hybrid or fully remote) to help push forward future Data endeavours, leading the data team whilst working very operational as a senior analyst. Work directly with the Head of Engineering and Engineering domain Team Leads on such topics as processes, tooling, hiring and resource planning
A flexible approach and a willingness to move between multiple tasks and take on responsibilities where necessary
