We want to work with people interested in creating great products with love and appreciation to detail, from the things the user sees to the ones that are not seen.\n\n- Responsibilities\nYou will mainly focus on the development of our existing product which is currently undergoing a major redesign. At the same time you will familiarize yourself with a new product which is currently in stealth mode as both are tightly connected.\n\nAs a team member you are always asked to challenge the status quo of our products and make suggestions on how to make them better, faster, more stable, more reliable. You can be sure that your voice will always be heard.\n\nIt is important to keep up with relevant technological developments that can be applied to our products and to discuss them with our CTO.\n\n- Key qualifications\nPHP 'full stack” development (PHP / HTML / CSS / JavaScript)\nExperience using a modern PHP development framework (ideally Symfony)\nPractical knowledge of Bootstrap and SASS\nPractical knowledge of Git version control\nProfound knowledge of software deployment, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD) concepts, applications and tools (e.g. Jenkins)\nInsight into Linux / Apache\nAutonomous, proactive and self-motivated work attitude\nWillingness to deal with daily changes\nHands-on mentality\nHaving an eye for details and beauty\nCan detect code smells from a mile away\nExcellent command of the English language\nGerman language is an asset, but no prerequisite\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n- What do we offer?\nWe are a startup with the ambition to change the way how the world of classical music works. By means of our present product we have already changed the way how auditions are organized. muvac is fully funded by the founders and an independent enterprise.\n\nWe have a flat hierarchy, and each and everyone of us contributes to the success of the company.
