Required
Minimum 5 years experience with PHP, including knowledge up to 8.2
Minimum 3 years experience with CSS, including knowledge of Tailwind
Minimum 3 years experience with JavaScript, including ES6 syntax
Working experience with the Laravel framework
Working experience with version control using git (GitHub)
High proficiency in written and spoken English, allowing fluid technical discussion
Desired
Experience working with Livewire
Experience working with Alpine.js
Experience working with SQL (MySQL/MariaDB) without an ORM
Experience working with ElasticSearch and/or Redis
Experience working with containers, including Docker
Experience creating CI/CD pipelines and deployments

This is not a startup but a well-established company with decades of experience across the team.\n\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nYour primary responsibility will be building a new product from scratch in Laravel and React. This product will leverage an existing product's models, data structures and possibly a small number of services but the website and application logic will be all new. \n\n\nIn addition to building the new product, you will also need to maintain the existing product which is in Laravel and Angular 1 with heavy use of ElasticSearch. The amount of work to be done here will be minor compared to the work ahead on the new product.\n\n\nRELATIONSHIPS - WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:\n\nYou will report directly to the Product Owner.
