\nAs a Senior Events Manager at Figment, you will help strategize, manage, and operationalize a robust events calendar and approach across several departments at both physical and virtual venues. You will be the lead and primary POC for industry event planning and logistics. \n\n*Please note that this position requires travel (minimum 1 event per month).\n\nResponsibilities/Duties\n\n\nCreate operational processes and systems for events/conferences Figment attends, including pre-event lead targeting/sourcing, lead tracking during events, and post-event lead collection\n\nManage oversight of measurement for events attended using quantifiable metrics\n\nLead and manage all pre-event tasks, including event research, workback schedules, staff travel/boarding and logistics, budget management, and internal event communication.\n\nCreate an event follow-up strategy, manage intake requests for sales and partnership opportunities.\n\nBe responsible for all event management requirements, including registration, attendees, logistics, planning, and communications with internal and external teams.\n\nProduce documents and assets for event timelines, prepare speaking and sales documents, legal obligations, marketing materials, budgets, etc.\n\nLiaise with the marketing team, sales and founders.\n\nManage staff logistics and any event related issues as events occur\n\nTravel to events and manage kiosks, off-site parties, restaurant booking, etc.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\nAbility to multitask and balance multiple priorities\n\nKnowledge of excel, scheduling software, and virtual event platforms\n\nPrevious experience managing events logistics, particularly for conferences and multi-day events\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nAbility to set and maintain realistic timelines and manage several projects at once with competing deadlines\n\nStrong interpersonal skills\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-have:\n\n\nKnowledge of Crypto \n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
