You will have direct responsibility to ensure that we remain best-in-class for this critical function, including, but not limited to, corporate allocation decisions, new partnership structuring decision-making, KPI reporting, partner reporting mediums, and managing scalable reconciliation processes.\n\n* Team Management: Oversee and inspire a ~15 person team across the US and Mexico to produce top-tier financial reporting while maximizing reconciliation efficiency to achieve greater economies of scale as Kasa continues to grow.\n\n* Tax and Audit Improvements: Ensure SOC and audit compliance as Kasa continues to grow across multiple jurisdictions, agreement types and with various investment partners.\n\n* Partner and Cross-Functional Management: Oversee multiple external partnerships with tax, audit, real estate and legal firms across a wide range of financial reporting-related projects, as well as mentorship of property general managers and financial reporting managers on best practices, frequencies, and approaches to property owner financial reporting.
