In the first six to twelve months youโ€™ll work both as an individual contributor and team manager as a new product is brought to market. You will be a 15Five evangelist and will play a hands-on role in product launches, including enabling customer-facing teams like Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support with the information they need to sell and renew the product effectively. \nYou know our customers and competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. \n\n\nYou back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.\n\n\nYou will collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and CX Customer Experience teams to develop innovative programs that drive demand, engagement, and retention.
