It is this ethos that has helped us get to where we are today.\n\n\nSwell is looking for an exceptional, experienced, and self-motivated blockchain / crypto / DeFi native marketing lead/content creator to work alongside the engineering and growth teams. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the space, with a background in finance, technology, and academia or similar, and is excited at the prospect of working with a project that is at the absolute bleeding edge of this technological and financial revolution. In addition to contributing to the growth roadmap, part of your role will include outward-facing responsibilities such as representing Swell well within the crypto community. What you’ll be doing\n\n\nResearch recent web3 hacks and exploits, and create content (i.e., examples, twitter threads, videos and articles) covering how Forta could be used to stop the exploits along with internal analysis about how Forta could be improved to help with such hacks and exploits.\n\nDesign and prepare cutting edge educational content on Forta’s role in protecting the open economy aimed at technical and non-technical audiences in the community (such as web3 enthusiasts, Forta users, security experts, managers, or C-level executives).\n\nServe as an advisor to the top protocols (Forta’s users) in the space helping them understand and design their Forta agents at both a technical and non-technical level.\n\nParticipate and deliver talks and technical workshops, meet-ups and conferences, raising awareness on smart contract security and the value proposition of Forta’s products and services.\n\n\n\nIdeally, you have\n\n\nHands-on and practical experience in the following areas: software development, cyber security, data science, and machine learning.\n\nExperience with public Ethereum or other EVM-based blockchains.\n\nKnowledge in the Solidity programming language.\n\nIntellectual curiosity and the capability to learn complex topics.\n\nAbove average attention to detail skills.\n\nThe ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.\n\nAn advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written).\n\nPassion about the blockchain space and decentralization.\n\nThe abilities needed to work collaboratively in a distributed team\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to English and English jobs that are similar:\n\n $50,000 — $120,000/year\n
