The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience building infrastructure to efficiently train and deploy state of the art models, improving performance of model training and inference, strong low-level understanding of GPU workloads, and thrives in a fast moving, high-ownership environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n\n* Design, implement, and maintain our AI infrastructure supporting our machine learning life cycle, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment.\n\n* Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to understand their infrastructure needs and ensure our AI systems are robust, scalable, and efficient.\n\n* Work on optimizing and scaling of our models and algorithms for efficient inference.\n\n* Deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in production.\n\n* Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent abuse.\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product requirements and improve our AI platform.\n\n* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and be ready to present potential use cases to the team.\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring\n\n\n* Experience in deploying and managing AI models in production.\n\n* Knowledge of Python, C/C++, CUDA, and experience profiling GPU performance and distributed training runs.\n\n* Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar.\n\n* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\n* Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.\n\n\n\nNice to Have:\n\n\n* Experience with generative AI models.\n\n* Familiarity with audio and video processing.\n\n* Knowledge of DevOps best practices.\n\n\n\n\nAt our current size and stage, we embrace a flat organizational structure and value the expertise and contributions of every team member. While titles may not change, we are actively seeking senior and above Software Engineers to join our team.\n\nThe base salary range for this role is $160,000- $215,000/year. About the Job:\n\nWe are looking for a talented senior visual designer with agency or in-house design team experience. You have crafted imaginative advertising campaigns, defined design systems, created optimized web experiences, and collaborated with talented content owners. Enforce design standards, curate asset libraries and enforce brand integrity. \n\n\n* \nSupport internal partners - through clear guidelines, assets and creative problem solving. This can include both internal and external initiatives like events, product launches, training and company culture.\n\n\n* \nDesign and optimize web experiences - work within and further develop our desktop and mobile design systems.
