If you’re up for a challenge, then we’d love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\n\n* Responsible for billable client consulting that includes the production, modification and maintenance of our client’s web site and web application’s UI\n\n* Work closely with UI/UX Designers as well as our agency partners to interpret, optimize and enhance designs\n\n* Work with back-end developers at BlueModus to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works\n\n* Building reusable code and libraries for future use\n\n* Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs\n\n* Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability\n\n* Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end team for development\n\n\n\n\nMust Haves\n\n\n* Genuine passion for front end development and interaction\n\n* Experience developing websites and microsites\n\n* Portfolio or live examples of code you produced\n\n* Knowledge of UX principles, web/mobile standards and ability to build them\n\n* Experience working with client graphic standards and brand guidelines\n\n* Understand asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX\n\n* Expert with web markup, including HTML5, CSS3\n\n* Understand server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (SASS)\n\n* Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery)\n\n* Experience with code versioning tools (Git, Mercurial or SVN)\n\n* Experience with image authoring tools (Photoshop, Sketch, Figma)\n\n* Experience resolving cross-browser compatibility issues\n\n* Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and project stakeholders\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-Haves\n\n\n* Experience working with content management platforms such as Kentico, Sitecore, Sitefinity\n\n* Experience with advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks (VUEJS, AngularJS) experience with\n\n* Experience with templating engines, such as PUG/JADE\n\n* Experience working at in an agency environment\n\n* Experience with agile/lean development\n\n* Understand SEO principles\n\n* Portfolio showcasing ability to produce creative concepts, layout, typography and user interface design\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n

The Role\n\n\n\nReporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this position will drive and be accountable for executing on-site marketing funnel optimization, execution of growth tactics and measurement of marketing analytics efforts across the customer life cycle. The Growth & Demand Generation Analyst will drive the technical and analytical aspects related to implementation, optimization, and measurement of SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies aligned with the companyโs business objectives, ensuring that our site is optimized from a search ranking perspective at all times to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue for both our B2C and B2B customers. She/he will contribute to the editorial process by understanding customer insights and analytics data to improve the impact and value of digital content across web & mobile platforms.
