For å styrke vår satsning i Norge ønsker vi å ansette en seniorkonsulent som også vil fungere som team lead.

Du bør derfor ha minst 5 års arbeidserfaring som fullstack-utvikler, gjerne fra konsulentbransjen. Det er ønskelig med relevant formell utdannelse, men viktigere er det at du blant de beste i ditt fag. Vår stack er hovedsakelig .NET + React, men vi forventer at noen av ditt kaliber kan lære seg ny teknologi på kort tid. Så om du har bakgrunn fra andre programmeringsspråk/rammeverk, er det helt i orden.
Dine oppgaver vil i stor grad bestå av å formidle mellom kundene og resten av utviklerteamet i utlandet. Du bør derfor ha svært gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper, både skriftlig og muntlig. Du vil f.eks. oversette kundemøter til JIRA-saker og ta tekniske beslutninger for hvordan oppgaver skal løses. Du vil kvalitetssikre leveransen (utføre code reviews) og svare på spørsmål fra resten av teamet. Du er svært flink til å kommunisere med andre mennesker, både med kunder og kollegaer. Du vil også ha mulighet til å skrive kode selv, men du bør være innstilt på at dette vil være en langt mindre del enn i en tradisjonell utviklerstilling.
