This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a high-impact startup while working on cutting-edge technologies in the field of identity and access management.\n\nYou will:  \n\n\n* Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for our IAM platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\n* Collaborate with product managers, other software engineers, and security experts to build product features that meet business objectives and security standards.\n\n* Develop and maintain Access Intelligence features that curate the actionable insights from customer’s environments.\n\n* Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management features, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies.\n\n* Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities to ensure visibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.\n\n* Continuously optimize and improve the performance, security, and scalability of the IAM platform through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.\n\n* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management, and leverage them to drive innovation and improve our platform.\n\n\n\n\nYou have:\n\n\n* Education:\n\n\n* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Experience:\n\n\n* Proven 7+yrs in backend software development, with a focus on identity and access management, security, or related areas.\n\n* Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Golang, Java.\n\n* Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.\n\n* Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices.\n\n* Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with IAM services and features.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Others: \n\n\n* Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a plus.\n\n* Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.\n\n* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nOur Culture: \n\nWe’re driven to build a strong company culture and are looking for individuals with solid alignment with the following:\n\n\nOwnership Mindset\n\nAct with Integrity\n\nGuardians of our Customers\n\nOpinionated Humility\n\nBuild Trust, Earn Trust\n\n\n\nAt Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package.
