\nWHO YOU ARE\n\nAn organized Operations Supervisor with a solid background in media accounting and a proven track record in resolving escalated issues, both workflow & financial. You possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring adherence to process. As a collaborative team player, you liaise with internal teams, ensuring accuracy in financial practices & reporting, assist in team onboarding, and compliance with client guidelines. You have a passion for unraveling puzzles and enjoy devising innovative and more streamlined approaches to tasks.\n\nYOUR ROLE\n\nAs a Supervisor in Media Operations, reporting to a Director of Media Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing client financials and team operations for a designated client portfolio. Your responsibilities include managing client fee and working media billing, validating Media Purchase Authorizations (MPAs), conducting historical financial analysis as needed, ensuring adherence to best buying practices, and overseeing the setup and maintenance of SBMS client profiles, encompassing commissions, payment terms, products, direct pay, and more. Additionally, you will provide oversight to Associates and/or Senior Associates and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations within the agency while fostering effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.\n\nYOUR OBJECTIVES\n\nResponsible for the day-to-day execution of client billing packages, preparing client-facing documents and financial reporting monthly, and ad hoc requests. The Supervisor should possess solid media financial acumen and the ability to manage key internal relationships in a collaborative manner, as well as a good understanding of the agency billing/collection process.   Develops and maintains strong relationships through effective project management of media deliverables and proactive problem-solving in a process-driven environment.\n\n\nManage monthly client billing cycle:\n\n\nEnsure on-time client billing of fees, commissions, working media, expenses, and ad hoc projects in accordance with MSAs and SOWs\n\nEnsure client purchase order (PO) values and workflow in accordance with agency process\n\nPerform or QA all custom monthly invoicing reports, including but not limited to: client accruals, invoice registers, ad hoc reporting needs\n\nKeep CIS roll-up profile updated with the latest invoice submission guidelines\n\nEnsure the right team members have access to invoice upload portals (such as ARIBA, Coupa, etc.)\n\nManage up and escalate issues to Director\n\n\n\n\n\nMedia Purchase Authorization (MPA):\n\n\nReview client MPAs with internal stakeholders for proper MPA usage and     Job Description

    The Study Director reports to the VP of Lithium Development Projects and is responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and task assigning and self-performance of project activities assuring that the overall project study requirements are met in accordance with the Albemarle project study framework.

    Key Job Responsibilities
    • Formulate a project study deliverables plan
    • Assign required internal and external resources to the study plan
    • Management of project resources through the study cycle, coordination and administration, utilizing the Albemarle standards specific to the phase of the project
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track progress to plan and provide accurate progress updates to Albemarle Management, in specific earnt value of work completed and forecasted, forecasted future financial outflows for financial year planning
    • Compile regular (monthly, quarterly, yearly) progress reports and portfolio updates as may be required by the Albemarle project management office and finance department
    • Set in place the formulation of the key building blocks of a project study in accordance with the specific study phase criteria contained in the Albemarle APP to support an investment case.
    The key items specifically of focus for the study manager to assemble, coordinate or create include:
    • The Opportunity/Problem Statement
    • The alternatives considered to produce an investment case
    • The technical solutions or technologies available in support of the proposed alternatives
    • Business risk assessment of the alternatives and project scope
    • Defining the ultimate project scope
    • Project Approval approach
    • Project execution strategy and plan
    • Project time and cost estimates
    • Project risk assessments for each phase, and outcomes ranging, and
    • Financial modeling and investment case compilation
    • Coordinate the study outputs and document in the format of a study report and recommendations,
    • Manage the process of internal and external reviews of the project study report, project peer reviews and risk reviews
    • Provide project leadership to deliver sustainable outcomes whilst achieving project delivery on โ€œtimeโ€ on โ€œbudgetโ€ on โ€œscopeโ€
    • Ensure conformance with the Albemarle Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations;

    The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.

    Responsibilities

    As PK-PD data programmer you manage and prepare data for state-of-the-art analysis, such as PopPK or drug exposure-response (PKPD), typically based on CDISC ADaM / SDTM datasets. You interact directly with the client on topics around data transfers, dataset specifications and data queries. You conduct exploratory analyses in support of these activities. Following completion of the project deliverables, you will create an electronic submission package for future submission to regulatory agencies. In addition, you will conduct quality control and quality assurance activities on datasets and reports, and may participate in company initiatives to improve efficiency of data management, analysis and reporting (IT, methodology, automation, quality).

    As PK-PD data programmer you will work closely in teams with other associates, (experts) modelers and drug development consultants supporting a wide variety of client projects (therapeutic areas, data types

    Qualifications
    • BSc, MSc or equivalent in Pharmaceutical- or Life Sciences, Statistics/Mathematics/Bio-Informatics, or related fields with 1- 5 yearsโ€™ experience in data management and analysis, report writing, and regulatory drug submissions.
    • Advanced user of SAS software (SAS9-Base) with proven experience in life sciences and clinical trials. Familiar in working with CDISC data formats. Experience with the R software platform is a plus.
    • General knowledge of clinical drug development and demonstrated knowledge of pharmacokinetics and pharmacology.
    • Proficiency in conducting basic statistical analysis.
    • Accuracy and sense of urgency and quality, timely delivery.
    • Ability to work on multiple collaborative projects, team player mentality.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
    • Eager to learn and develop.

    Our Pharmacometricians are responsible for providing expertise into clinical development plans, including the design, conduct, and interpretation of relevant clinical pharmacology and PK/PD studies. Qualified candidates will have the ability to work on a variety of therapeutic indications and data types with an adequate understanding of applied population PK and PK/PD modeling and simulation to support drug development programs.


    Responsibilities


    • Deepen their strategic drug development expertise and their experience informing drug development decisions.
    • Perfect their pharmacometric techniques with fit-for-purpose modeling approaches such as population PK and PK/PD modeling, target-mediated drug disposition TMDD) models, dose- and exposure-response analyses.
    • Broaden their drug development expertise by working with a myriad of companies, molecular modalities, and therapeutic areas.
    • Develop their consulting career path by recognizing and seeking opportunities that match their ambition and personal interests.
    • Support projects for Certaraโ€™s clients by working in teams with other Associates, senior expert modelers, and drug development consultants.
    • Hands on pharmacometric modeling on client projects as a billable consultant.
    • Continuing education on advanced modeling and simulation approaches, with an emphasis on methods appropriate for small molecules and/or complex biologics, (bispecific biologics, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapies, and immuno-oncology therapies).
    • Conduct quality control activities on model codes and reports.
    • Support projects for Certaraโ€™s clients by working in teams with other Associates, senior expert modelers, and drug development consultants.

    Qualifications


    • MSc, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
    • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of industry/consulting experience (may be combined with academic research) working in R&D, pre-clinical and clinical environments.
    • Solid experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or a related discipline in a project team setting is preferred, whether in academia or industry.
    • Expertise in PK/PD modeling with strong quantitative skills applied to develop models with nonlinear behavior, mechanistic or semi-mechanistic components relating to mechanism of action and tailored to meet specific drug-development questions.
    • Proficiency in software used for modeling analyses (e.g. Phoenix NLME, NONMEM, Adapt, Monolix) and performs dataset construction (e.g. R, SAS).
    • Independent performance of analysis and modeling and development of reports with limited supervision.
    • Proficient in spoken and written English. Certara is a global company, and additional languages are of benefit.
