Remote Business Analyst
\nJoin our team as a Business Analyst in Big Data for MarTech, where you’ll transform data into key insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive growth. If you're passionate about data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced industry, we want to hear from you!\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n•Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications for the development team\n•Design, optimize, and track product metrics, configure ETL processes, and perform data analysis using Python, PySpark, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS\n•Review and document existing business processes, propose workflow improvements, and recommend modifications for future optimization\n•Write and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prepare formal requirements for cross-functional projects\n•Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and quality across datasets\n•Design and document data flows, data mappings, and transformation rules to support efficient data processing and analytics\n•Manage and maintain datasets in Big Data environments\n•Aggregate, cleanse, and transform data to meet the needs of business teams and ensure efficient data processing\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n•Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related field\n•At least 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, with a focus on marketing or Big Data projects\n•Experience across the product launch cycle, from gathering and formalizing requirements to implementation and ongoing development\n•Advanced SQL skills and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL\n•Experience in ETL processes, including developing and optimizing pipelines with tools like Apache Nifi, Talend, or Informatica\n•Knowledge of Python and PySpark for data processing and analysis, particularly in Big Data environments\n•Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for data storage, processing, and scalable Big Data solutions\n•Ability to develop and track product metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives\n•Familiarity with digital marketing processes and KPIs\n•Project management experience, including task distribution, timeline management, and deadline control\n•Experience in telecommunications or digital marketing is a plus\n\n\nWe offer: \n•A unique experience of working for the largest and most beloved mobile operator in Ukraine\n•Remote work with possibility to visit the office\n•A competitive salary\n•Annual bonus\n•Paid sick leave and vacation\n•Flexible working hours\n•Medical and life insurance\n•Great possibilities for professional development and career growth\n•Friendly & collaborative environment\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
