About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and delivering data driven one-to-one lifecycle journeys and member experiences (both BAU and project based) that will help inform, educate, engage, and retain members with HCF.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications

Strong grasp of current lifecycle marketing strategies and in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
