The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Talent team to establish and manage a strong talent pipeline. In this role, you will contribute to defining and executing our strategy for attracting top talent within our portfolio.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a hunger for challenges. This presents a unique opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience and an opportunity to learn the intricacies of recruiting in a dynamic startup environment. You will witness the growth of companies from concept to reality, gaining insight into what it takes to build successful businesses and teams.\n\nThis role is 100% remote and reports to the Senior Director of Talent.\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Conduct research to identify high-quality CEO candidates and founding leadership team members for operating companies\n\n* Analyze and quickly break down industries, market segments, and competitive landscapes\n\n* Identify healthcare executives who have played a critical role in the success of top companies within the ecosystem, and continuously mine the industry/market for additional targets\n\n* Identify gaps in our body of existing research and recommend future research projects\n\n* Develop research strategies and produce comprehensive reports, including documentation outlining specific industries and targeted companies\n\n* Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of candidate, company, and search records in Redesign Health's talent databases\n\n\n\nRelevant Experience:\n\n\n* You have 5+ years of executive recruiting research and candidate sourcing experience, specific sourcing for CEO positions\n\n* You have excellent time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, and judgment skills\n\n* You possess the capacity to think and respond swiftly, relying on both analytical and intuitive abilities\n\n* You possess proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter effectively\n\n* You have experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Pitchbook, and Crunchbase\n\n* Action Oriented: You readily take action on new opportunities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
