We love working here because we care about each other and about the people who benefit from our products.\n\nMedsphere’s CareVue electronic health record (EHR) provides comprehensive clinical support for acute care and inpatient behavioral health settings, enabling better patient care and lower costs for community hospitals, inpatient behavioral health facilities, and physician practices.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in UI development who has delivered substantial Windows native UI and HTML5 Single Page App UI for Enterprise Application products. \n\nAs a Sr. Software Engineer at Medsphere, you’ll get to:\n\n\n* Tackle design and implementation for major application and architectural enhancements\n\n* Develop Windows native UI and HTML5-based UI\n\n* Develop web services and server-side processes\n\n* Continually improve product functionality and individual/team productivity by keeping up to date with developments in tools and technology, and introducing new tools, methodologies or ideas\n\n* Work in a remote but highly collaborative team environment\n\n* Build products that help doctors and nurses directly improve patient care\n\n* Work in a place where your individual contributions really matter\n\n\n\n\n\nIdeal Background and Expertise:\n\n\n* 8+ years of software engineer experience, preferably developing large enterprise applications for a complex domain such as healthcare, investing, ERP\n\n* 3+ years of experience developing HTML5 UI using tools like Angular, Knockout, Vue, Bootstrap\n\n* Substantial experience building Windows native UI using C# with WPF/MVVM. Dependency Injection experience with tools like StructureMap is a plus\n\n* Proficiency with C# and JavaScript is ideal, Java and Delphi experience also a plus\n\n* Experience developing REST and/or SOAP-based web services with C# or Java\n\n* Ability to troubleshoot typical HTTP, TCP, permission, deployment problems on Windows or Linux\n\n* Experience configuring Jenkins (or comparable CI tools) for automated builds, unit and integration testing and deployment\n\n* Experience planning and leading team projects to completion with minimal guidance\n\n* A passion for building a product with an applicable or meaningful mission\n\n* A self-starter who is comfortable working on a small team where your input matters\n\n* Computer science or software engineering degree or equivalent experience\n\n* Experience in the health care services industry or other complex industries like finance is a plus\n\n\n\n\n\nPerks and Benefits:\n\n\n* Flexible time-off plan\n\n* Great working environment\n\n* Flexible work hours\n\n* Health, vision, dental, 401k, and other benefits\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n

\nJOB BRIEF:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced professional who will provide systems design and development expertise in support of ClearPoint’s recordkeeping system and website. Along with responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of these platforms, this position will be key in planning for and maintaining their viability as ClearPoint looks to expand its use of customer interactive technology. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely following the initial onboarding period. \n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n\n* Partner with ClearPoint management to understand business needs for new or modified systems and website functionality and features\n\n* Conceptualize, design, develop, test and implement proprietary software solutions based on identified business needs and established process methodologies and tools\n\n* Create and maintain thorough and complete systems documentation for audit support, business understanding, and simplification of ongoing systems maintenance and design\n\n* Provide ongoing systems support, troubleshooting and resolving all application, UI, and database related issues in a timely manner\n\n* Make recommendations for business process improvements with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the technology needs\n\n* Proactively monitor, maintain and enhance existing systems to optimize performance, keep pace with changing business needs and reflect technology advancements\n\n* Consistently demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service in fulfilling all responsibilities of the position\n\n* Must be available and responsive to address systems issues during normal business hours, as well as outside of normal business hours should the need arise\n\n\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering\n\n* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development including unit, systems, and regression testing frameworks\n\n* Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented programming, UI design, and architectural design schemas for scalable web-based applications\n\n* 3+ years programming experience in C# with knack for writing clean, readable, and reusable modules\n\n* Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and SQL Server Management Studio including integration services (SSIS) and reporting services (SSRS)\n\n* Familiarity with .NET, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React\n\n* Understanding of GIT, NPM and Jenkins application management tools\n\n* Self-directed and results oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills\n\n* Excellent written and oral communications skills\n\n* Experience in trust or funeral services industry a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
